Who we are
Dinovate Creative Academy was created to respond to a simple but urgent reality:
Africa’s stories are powerful, but too many young people lack access to the skills, tools, and pathways needed to tell them professionally, ethically, and sustainably.
What Makes Us Different
We believe creativity is most powerful when it is rooted in community, guided by evidence, and connected to opportunity.

Dinovate Creative Academy is a creative skills and storytelling hub that equips young Africans with industry-relevant training in filmmaking, photography, digital media, design, and impact storytelling. We help participants build professional portfolios, access mentorship, and develop creative careers that drive both income and social change.
The Academy is designed for young people aged 18–35, especially aspiring filmmakers, designers, photographers, editors, and digital storytellers. We strongly encourage applications from women and youth from underserved communities who are passionate about creativity, culture, and impact.
Dinovate Creative Academy offers two main learning tracks:
Creative Production (filmmaking, photography, animation, editing, graphic design, AI content creation)

Each track combines technical excellence with purpose-driven storytelling.
Our programmes typically run for 8–12 weeks, delivered through bootcamps, fellowships, and masterclasses. The experience is practical, immersive, and project-based — participants learn by creating real work, not just attending lectures.
